Leana Meyer Properties started in 2007 under the managing directorship of Leana and Deon Meyer. They have been specialising as sales and development consultants in
the Cape Town North area for the last 18 years. Leana Meyer's career foundation had been laid as a director of a well known corporate property company. Here she achieved numerous awards - Rookie of the Year in her first year and also received Achiever Status 46 times consecutively. Leana also did a CEA course. Both of them received an OD and HOD diploma.

Valuations
Leana Meyer Properties do market related valuations. We use statistics of recent sales in the area to determine a realistic marketing price. It is common knowledge that an asking price that is to high will alienate buyers. While an asking price that is too low will be at the seller's disadvantage. We provide our seller of a marketing plan and a service agreement.
